Commissioned by The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, The Human Account is a project of 28 short documentary films shot in 6 countries.
Each film follows one person that well demonstrates their unique market segment within that country. The filming started with 5 cities in Kenya, then moved to India, Nigeria, Myanmar, Tanzania and finally Pakistan. Ben McIntire was the director of photography and colorist for 24 of these films (all aside from Pakistan, where a visa was not obtainable at the time of filming).
